Vocational Assessments & Counselling Services

We provide comprehensive vocational assessments that help you determine your true capabilities and potential and better equip you to make the best educational and career path choices. Our evaluations include vocational interest surveys, personality inventories and unique measures of motivation, social skills and emotional well-being that link your personal traits with those associated with work success and job fulfillment. Our vocational reports include lists of specific fields and job titles as well as college or university options that are all tailored to your profile and specific career goals. Our assessment services also include one-to-one counselling sessions, either in person, by phone or via Skype.

University Applications & Personal Statements

Applying to Universities can be a daunting task – there are long and complicated application forms and different requirements for different programs. Most Universities do not interview applicants, which means personal statements are often a crucial or deciding factor in granting admission. Many young people find it hard to know what to put in a personal statement and it may be the first time you will have had to write an important document about yourself. Our Vocational Services Coordinator will work with you one-on-one to create well-written personal statements and applications that are individually tailored to the university programs and institutions of your choice.

Assistance with Resume Development & Editing

With more demand than ever for employment in today’s marketplace, it is vital that your resume be polished, properly formatted and stand out to potential employers. Your resume is your first “foot in the door” with a prospective employer – it needs to impress and convince hiring managers to give you an interview. We can help build, update and edit your resume, ensuring that it includes and highlights your relevant experience, education, accomplishments and skills.
